One year ago, a fragment of an interdimensional civilization collided with downtown Los Angeles, creating "The Gleam"—an impenetrable no-man's-land where the laws of physics no longer apply. Convinced that no human being could survive the terrain within, a morally compromised government contractor decides to send in four research animals to retrieve its technological wonders. Instead of finding a weapon, they get Wolf, Frankee, Griffy, and Freddy—four radically transformed dogs with minds and a mission all their own! Alongside their brilliant mentor Mojo, this band of outlaw misfits is ready to bring justice back to the avenues and bite back against out-of-control federal forces.
